How to participate and deadlines
The candidature can be submitted through the website. Along with the registration process is finished, partecipants are asked to access to the upload page, to upload the poster files.
An automatic response will be sent to each candidate.
Deadline to submit the On-line Posters is 10 May2008, Saturday.    ATTENTION! Due to some technical problem in uploading, deadline has been posponed to May 31st, 2008, Saturday.  

Selection criteria
Once all the posters will be received, the jury will proceed to select going trough the documents.3 level will be adopted:
A_ printed poster level
B_ electronic publishing level (CD)
C_ no admissionGuidelines and requirements
Size: the poster size must be A0 format.
Format: please use the online provided format. Within the empty white area, participants are free to organize.
Resolution, mode and orientation: format must be jpg, 300 dpi, CMYK, strictly portrait (vertical) oriented.   ATTENTION! If any problem due to bandwidth uploading speed is encountered, resolution may be reduced to 180 dpi. please notice that this can decrease the quality print.

A second copy of the poster, jpg, 72 dpi, CMYK must be provided, to facilitate the jury selection.
Language: accepted languages for posters is English only.
If this language is not your native language, please have your text reviewed and edited by someone knowledgeable in that language, to ensure your poster’s legibility.Printing, presentation & publication of posters
Please note that the conference organizers will take care of printing the level A posters only.
Posters will be displayed for the entire duration of the conference. They will be pinned onto walls and presentation panels in the designated space.
Organizers will collect all the displayed poster after the conference for further uses.
The authors have to be nearby their posters during their Poster Session, that will take place on July, the 1st from 15 to 18 p.m., in the devoted pavillion.
Authors may provide photocopied hand-outs of their posters or other supporting documentation. This will assist delegates who might wish to keep all the details of posters without having to copy or photograph them. In no case selling of any kind of items will be allowed.Tips for poster presentation and common errors
Posters should be attractive and well organized. The appearance, both of the poster as a whole, and of the quality of the illustrations, is important. Posters will be on display for the duration of the conference. Thus it is important that posters be self-explanatory. Text should be minimal. Use mainly photographs and graphic illustrations with little text and tables. Please use the format provided which will guarantee an appropriate and legible lettering and size of individual elements.
Use large characters that are at least 1 cm high and have a line width of at least 1 mm. The larger the better. Use a light-colored background, such as light blue, pink, or yellow, rather than white.
Prepare main enlarged photographs with a minimum size of 20 cm by 25 cm (8 inches by 10 inches). All sections should be well-presented using a colorfully painted border. Sections may be connected by arrows to show the flow of the study.The most common errors are:
The size of characters is too small to be legible from a 2 or 3 meter distance.
Only copies of papers with long text are put on the board.
Only pictures or tables are put on the board without any text, explanation or title.
The overall configuration of the study is not clear because there is no flowchart.Info
